Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian insentif dan rewards terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian ethical PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian ethical PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 138 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel pemberian insentif dan rewards, terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian ethical PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel pemberian insentif dan rewards terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian ethical PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk Jakarta.This research is to know the influence of incentives and rewards on employee productivity at Ethical Division of PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. The object of this research is the employees who work on the ethical division of PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. This research was conducted on 138 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially, the variables of Incentives and Rewards on the produtivity of employees at the Ethical Division of PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous tests (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test result of this research stated that there is influence simultaneously between Incentives and Rewards on employee productivity at ethical division of PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk.
