Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT XYZ bagian produksi dengan populasi 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan sejumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS.Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of research is all employes working in PT XYZ parts production with a population of 80 people. The sampling tecnique used nonprobability sampling with total sample of 80 people. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool smart PLS.The result showed work motivation significant positive effect on job statisfaction. Work motivation significant positive effect on employee performance. Job statisfaction significant positive effect on employee performance.
