Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengunjung pada Blitz Theater Grand Dadap City. Penelitian ini menggunakan 97 Responden, Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik Unknown population sebagai teknik penentuan sampelnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square ( smart –PLS) versi 3.0 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan ( X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y), Lokasi (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji persial uji ( t).This research aim to know the influence Service Quality and Location to Customer Satisfaction. The object for this research is Customers Blitz Theater Grand Dadap City. This research was done to 97 responden using. The sampling technique used unknown population. Data analysis with used PLS version 3.0 The result of this research shows that Service Quality (X1) influence positive and significant on customer satisfaction (Y), location (X2) has influence positive and significant on customer satisfaction (Y). It has been proven from result of (t) partial.
