Abstract
After the Covid-19 pandemic hit the world, working from home became a new way of working that felt more comfortable to implement because workers would get a more relaxed and certainly more "free" atmosphere while working. Free in appearance, free to work in any position and anywhere, and even feel free to decide when to work and rest. This can cause workers to become careless and pay less attention to the quality of work patterns and a working environment that is safe for their health. Not infrequently, this carelessness ultimately triggers a decrease in work productivity and complaints of body aches in workers. In overcoming this problem, there needs to be an effort to campaign and educate workers to immediately improve their work patterns and work environment when working from home which is more comfortable and in accordance with ergonomic principles. This campaign is carried out through audio-visual media in the form of motion graphics by showing a relatable storyline, the narratives is light and easy to understand, also attractive visuals. Distribution of this campaign is carried out offline through an exhibition and online through the YouTube. Keywords: motion graphic, explainer video, working from home, ergonomic Setelah pandemi Covid-19 melanda dunia, working from home atau bekerja dari rumah menjadi cara bekerja baru yang terasa lebih nyaman untuk diterapkan sebab pekerja akan mendapatkan suasana yang lebih santai dan tentu lebih "bebas" selama bekerja. Bebas dalam berpenampilan, bebas untuk bekerja dengan posisi seperti apapun dan di mana pun, bahkan terasa bebas untuk menentukan kapan waktu bekerja dan istirahat. Hal ini dapat membuat pekerja menjadi lalai dan kurang memperhatikan kualitas pola kerja serta lingkungan kerja yang aman untuk kesehatan mereka. Tak jarang kelalaian ini akhirnya memicu penurunan produktifitas kerja dan keluhan sakit pada tubuh pekerja. Dalam mengatasi masalah ini, perlu adanya sebuah usaha untuk mengkampanyekan dan mengedukasi para pekerja untuk segera membenahi pola kerja serta lingkungan kerja mereka saat bekerja secara WFH yang lebih nyaman dan sesuai dengan prinsip ergonomi. Kampanye ini dilakukan melalui media audio-visual berupa motion graphic dengan menampilkan alur cerita yang relatable, narasi yang ringan dan mudah dimengerti, serta visual yang menarik. Pendistribusian kampanye ini dilakukan secara luring melalui sebuah pameran serta secara daring melalui platform YouTube. Kata Kunci: motion graphic, explainer video, working from home, ergonomi
