Abstract

Hotel Grandhika Merupakan Hotel Bintang Empat di Indonesia khususnya DKI Jakarta, di masa pandemi di tahun 2021, Hotel Grandhika masih eksis dan berjalan dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan, untuk mendapatkan respon yang baik dari konsumen. Dengan adanya pandemi Covid 19 membuat Hotel Grandhika menyusun strategi digital marketing melalui Instagam untuk meng-Implementasikan instagram dalam meningkatkan Revenew Hotel agar tidak kehilangan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana strategi sosial media Instagram Hotel Grandhika dalamMeng-Implementasikan instagram dalam meningkatkan Revenew Hotel pada masa pandemi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan paradigma konstruktivitas. Data primer penelitian didapatkan melalui wawancara dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal Hotel Grandhika. Sedangkan, data sekunder melalui observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Hotel Grandhika melakukan sosial media dengan menggunakan media Instagram dan Berdasarkan paparan data dan pembahasan sesuai dengan yang telah diuraikan sebelumnya maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Instagram Bisnis dalam meningkatkan Revenew pada bulan November – Desember 2022 Hotel Grandhika is a four star hotel in Indonesia, especially DKI Jakarta. During the pandemic in 2021, Hotel Grandhika still exists and is running by implementing health protocols, to get a good response from consumers. With the Covid pandemic 19 made Hotel Grandhika develop a digital marketing strategy through Instagram to implement Instagram to improve Revenew Hotel so as not to lose customers. Therefore, researchers want to know how Grandhika Hotel's Instagram social media strategy is in implementing Instagram to increase Hotel Revenew during the pandemic. The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach and a constructivity paradigm. Primary research data was obtained through interviews with internal and external parties at the Grandhika Hotel. Meanwhile, secondary data is through observation and documentation. The results of this research show that Hotel Grandhika carries out social media using Instagram media and based on the data presentation and discussion in accordance with what has been described previously, it can be concluded that the implementation of Instagram Business will increase Revenew in November - December 2022.
