Abstract

Janji Jiwa & Jiwa Toast is a Food and Beverages (FnB) company which has several branches in more than 100 cities in Indonesia, one of which is Janji Jiwa & Jiwa Toast, Dr. Ratna Bekasi as time goes by, competition in the FnB business sector, especially coffee, continue increase so that Promise Jiwa & Jiwa Toast must prioritise being able to provide the best products for customers, this is due to intense competition. With that in mind, the Promise of Jiwa & Jiwa Toast, Dr. Ratna Bekasi must provide consistent and good product quality related to suppliers who supply raw materials, especially milk. With so many choices of suppliers, companies need effective and appropriate methods so that the products they produce can provide consistently good quality. This study carried out the main calculations: measuring the AHP value of the milk supplier Janji Jiwa & Jiwa Toast Dr, Ratna Bekasi. Furthermore, conducted observations and interviews with the supervisor of Janji Jiwa & Jiwa Toast, Dr. Ratna Bekasi. Keywords: Customer satisfaction; Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), suppliers, milk Janji Jiwa & Jiwa Toast adalah salah satu perusahaan Food and Beverages (FnB) yang meiliki beberapa cabang di lebih dari 100 kota di Indonesia, salah satunya yaitu Janji jiwa & Jiwa Toast, Dr Ratna Bekasi seiring berjalannya waktu persaingan pada sektor bisnis FnB terutama kopi terus meningkat sehingga Janji Jiwa & Jiwa Toast harus mementingkan untuk dapat memberikan produk yang terbaik bagi pelanggan, hal ini dikarenakan ketatnya persaingan. Dengan hal itu Janji Jiwa & Jiwa Toast, Dr Ratna Bekasi harus memberi kualitas produk yang konsisten dan baik yang dimana hal itu berkaitan dengan pemasok yang memasok bahan baku terutama susu. Dengan banyaknya pilihan pemasok, perusahaan membutuhkan metode yang efektif dan tepat supaya produk yang dihasilkan pun dapat membrikan kualitas yang baik secara konsisten. Penelitian ini melakukan perhitungan utama, yaitu : mengukur nilai AHP terhadap pemasok susu Janji Jiwa & Jiwa Toast Dr, Ratna Bekasi. Dan juga melakukan observasi dan wawancara dengan supervisor Janji Jiwa & Jiwa Toast, Dr Ratna Bekasi. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan pelanggan; Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), pemasok, susu
