Abstract
The succession of asset management can be measured by how often damage occurs in assets that have been managed. With assets that well-managed, the convenience of customers can be in place and create cost efficiency in replacement parts or unit of asset. Damage of an asset can cause disorder operational buildings and disturbing employee’s and visitor’s convenience at the building. The damage of assets was caused by inappropriate maintenance schedule, the limitation of resources and the company do not have a system to determine which assets that will be higher priority to be maintained. The computer science through the support system decision or known as Decision Support System (DSS) is expected to provide solutions to these needs. This study attempts to determine priorities maintenance assets using algorithms weighted product. The research showed that method of weighted product can help company to determine the priority of assets that have to be maintained. Key Word : Asset, Maintenance, Decision Support System, Weighted Product Keberhasilan pengelolaan aset dapat diukur dari sering tidaknya terjadi kerusakan pada aset yang dikelola. Harapannya dengan aset yang dikelola dengan baik, kenyamanan pelanggan dapat tercipta serta efisiensi biaya dalam penggantian suku cadang maupun penggantian unit aset. Kerusakan pada aset dapat menyebabkan gangguan operasional gedung dan mengakibatkan ketidaknyamanan pada karyawan dan pengunjung gedung. Kerusakan aset disebabkan pelaksanaan maintenance aset yang tidak tepat sasaran dimana aset yang semestinya dilakukan maintenance lebih dulu, tidak dikerjakan dengan alasan keterbatasan sumber daya dan tidak punya sistem untuk melihat aset mana yang terlebih dahulu diprioritaskan untuk dilakukan maintenance. Pendekatan ilmu komputer yaitu melalui sistem pendukung keputusan atau yang dikenal sebagai Decision Support System (DSS) diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terhadap kebutuhan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan prioritas maintenance asset menggunakan algoritma Weighted Product. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode Weighted Product dapat membantu dalam menentukan prioritas maintenance aset. Kata Kunci: Aset, Maintenance, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Weighted Product.
