Abstract
Every human being needs mass media as a source of entertainment and information. One of the mass media that complements everyday human life is television. To complete the research conducted, the authors collected at least 5 references for researchers conducted by the authors with the title Strategy for applying Adobe Premiere Pro in non-linear editing techniques on Metro TV (a case study of the non-bulletin news production department). The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative data analysis technique with the aim of providing a systematic, accrual and accurate description of the phenomenon under study. This qualitative data analysis as a way of answering data based on the results obtained is compiled in the form of data collection then data reduction or data processing is carried out which produces data then conclusions are drawn. After the researchers conducted research on editing News Production Non Bulletin Metro Tv, the results were obtained which the researchers will describe in this sub-chapter. A program that airs on television, is produced through a fairly complex editing process. In carrying out broadcasting activities and producing a news program, creative actors in each department must understand P3SPS, including the editing team for News Production Non Bulletin Metro Tv. Keywords: Case study, Editing, P3SPS, Metro Tv. Setiap manusia membutuhkan media massa sebagai sumber hiburandan informasi. Salah satu media massa yang melengkapi kehidupan manusia seharihari adalah televisi. Untuk melengkapi penelitian yang dilakukan, penulis mengumpulkan setidaknya 5 referensi bagi peneliti yang dilakukan penulis dengan judul Strategi pengaplikasian adobe premiere pro dalam teknik editing non linear di metro tv (studi kasus departement news producstion non bulletin). Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisa data kualititatif dengan tujuan memberikan gambaran secara sistematis, akrual dan akurat mengenai fenomena yang diteliti. Analisa data kualitatif ini sebagai cara jawaban data berdasarkan hasil diperoleh disusun dalam bentuk pengumpulan data kemudian dilakukan reduksi data atau pengolahan data yang menghasilkan data kemudian diambil kesimpulan. Setelah peneliti melakukan penelitian pada editing News Production Non Bulletin Metro Tv didapatkan hasil yang akan peneliti uraikan pada sub bab ini. Suatu program acara yang ditayangkan di televisi, dihasilkan melalui proses editing yang cukup kompleks. Dalam melakukan kegiatan penyiaran dan memproduksi sebuah program berita , Pelaku kreatif pada tiap departemen tentu harus memahami P3SPS, tidak terkecuali dengan tim editing News Production Non Bulletin Metro Tv Kata Kunci : Studi kasus, Editing, P3SPS, Metro Tv.
