Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline and turn over intention to employee performance Cililitan Urban Village office. The object of this study are employees and PPSU (Worker Infrastructure and Public Facilities) at the Village Office Cililitan in East Jakarta. The population in this study amounted to 69 consisting of employees and PPSU (Worker Infrastructure and Public Facilities). The results of this research uses descriptive quantitative approach with Non-Probability Sampling method using Convenience Sampling. Collecting data using the questionnaire and subsequent analysis of data using multiple linear regression. Data processing for statistical tests performed with SPSS 21. These results indicate that the three independent variables (leadership, work discipline and turnover intention) berpengatuh positive and significant impact on the performance of the employee turnover intention in which variables most influence on the performance of employees at the Village Office Cililitan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan,disiplin kerja dan turn over intention terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor Kelurahan Cililitan. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai dan PPSU (Pekerja Prasarana dan Sarana Umum) pada Kantor Kelurahan Cililitan Jakarta Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69 yang terdiri dari pegawai dan PPSU (Pekerja Prasarana dan Sarana Umum). Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode Non Probability Sampling menggunakan Convenience Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data untuk uji statistic dilakukan dengan program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ketiga variable independen (kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan turn over intention) berpengatuh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana variabel turn over intention yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Kelurahan Cililitan.
