Abstract

The current problem in a dashboard is how researchers know how much interaction from users who visit the Kitapastijalan.com website and also know the dashboard function in its use. And how to analyze website performance based on the statistical data displayed. The purpose of this research is to analyze and track the performance of the Kitapstijalan.com website using the Google Data Studio analytics platform. The web analytics dashboard approach is used to clearly visualize data including visitor statistics, traffic, conversion rates, average time on site, and more. The purpose of this research is to provide website owners with a better understanding of website performance and assist in making strategic decisions based on relevant data. By implementing this analytical dashboard, it is hoped that the website can increase the effectiveness of optimizing the user experience of Kitapastijalan.com. The conclusion of this research shows that the web analytics dashboard using Google Data Studio is a useful tool for monitoring the performance of a website in real-time through a visual display that is easy to understand. Through the results of this study, it is recommended that Kitapastijalan.com continue to use dashboard analytics as a routine monitoring tool to improve performance. Keyword Dashboard Analytics, Web Analytics, Data Studio Google Masalah yang terjadi saat ini dalam sebuah dashboard adalah bagaimana peneliti mengetahui seberapa banyak interaksi dari user yang mengunjungi website Kitapastijalan.com dan juga mengetahui fungsi dashboard dalam penggunaanya. Serta bagaimana cara untuk menganalisa kinerja website bedasarkan data-data statistik yang ditampilkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan melacak kinerja website Kitapstijalan.com menggunakan platform analitik Google Data Studio. Pendekatan dasbor web analitik digunakan untuk memvisualisasikan data dengan jelas termasuk statistik pengunjung, lalu lintas, tingkat konversi, waktu rata-rata di situs, dan banyak lagi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada pemilik situs web tentang kinerja situs web dan membantu dalam membuat keputusan strategis berdasarkan data yang relevan. Dengan mengimplementasikan dashboard analitik ini diharapkan website dapat meningkatkan efektifitas optimalisasi user experience Kitapastijalan.com. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dashboard web analytics dengan menggunakan Google Data Studio merupakan alat yang berguna untuk memantau kinerja suatu website secara real-time melalui tampilan visual yang mudah dipahami. Melalui hasil penelitian ini, disarankan agar Kitapastijalan.com tetap menggunakan dashboard analytics sebagai alat pemantauan rutin untuk meningkatkan kinerja.
