Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital, Total Asset Turnover, and Leverage on Financial Distress. The population in this research is transportation and tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 59 companies. The sample used in this research is secondary data originating from the financial reports of transportation and tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2018 - 2021 period. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method and based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 25 companies was obtained. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with E-views version 10. The research results showed that Intellectual Capital had no effect on Financial Distress, while Total Asset Turnover and Leverage had an effect on Financial Distress. Keywords : Financial Distress, Intellectual Capital, Total Asset Turnover, and Leverage. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Total Asset Turnover, dan Leverage terhadap Financial Distress. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan transportasi dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berjumlah 59 perusahaan. Penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan transportasi dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2018 – 2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 25 perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan Eviews versi 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Distress, sedangkan Total Asset Turnover dan Leverage berpengaruh terhadap Financial Distress. Kata kunci : Financial Distress, Intellectual Capital, Total Asset Turnover, dan Leverage.
