Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is to know the influence of Job Satisfaction, Workload to Performance Partner Gocar. The object of this research is Gocar partners who cooperate with Gojek Party in East Jakarta area. This study was conducted on 217 respondents by using the quantitative method of causal approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of regression coefficient test. From the regression model obtained the results of this study indicate that the partial, job satisfaction variables do not affect the performance while the workload has a significant positive effect on the performance of partners gocar in East Jakarta area. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous test (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of two variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test result of this research stated that there is influence of work load to gocar partner in Jakarta area. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Workload, Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan kerja, Beban kerja terhadap Kinerja Mitra Gocar. Objek penelitian ini adalah mitra Gocar yang bekerja sama dengan Pihak Gojek di wilayah Jakarta timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 217 responden dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif pendekatan Kausal. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji koefisien regresi. Dari model regresi yang diperoleh hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja mitra gocar di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap mitra gocar di wilayah Jakarta. Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kinerja
