Abstract

Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Susun Pondok Pesantren Abu Manshur memiliki luas 19,440 m2, dalam pelaksanaanya proyek Rumah Susun ini direncanakan selama 150 hari atau 25 minggu. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek Pembangunan Rumah Susun Pondok Pesantren Abu Manshur terjadi keterlambatan, hal ini dikarenakan keputusan yang lambat, kurangnya koordinasi dan material yang terlambat. Beberapa hal tersebut yang mengakibatkan terjadinya keterlambatan dalam pelaksanaanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Critical Path Method (CPM) yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis durasi waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan juga mengetahui pekerjaan kritis yang dapat mengakibatkan keterlambatan pada proyek tersebut. Penulis melakukan analisis dengan melakukan pengamatan dilapangan dan juga menggunakan Critical Path Method (CPM) guna untuk mengetahui durasi waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam menyelesaikan proyek tersebut. Analisis dan pengolahan data dengan metode CPM dilakukan dengan cara manual dan dengan menggunakan software Microsoft Project. Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan perhitungan menggunakan Critical Path Method (CPM) didapat durasi sebanyak 24 minggu, durasi ini lebih awal seminggu dari durasi awal proyek yang ditargetkan selama 25 minggu. Solusi agar tidak terjadi keterlambatan proyek adalah dengan dilakukannya penambahan tenaga kerja dan jam kerja. In the implementation of the Abu Manshur Islamic Boarding School Flats Construction project there was a delay, this was due to slow decisions, lack of coordination and late materials. Some of these things resulted in delays in implementation. This research was conducted using the Critical Path Method (CPM) which aims to analyze the duration of time required to complete the work and also find out the critical work that can cause delays in the project. The author analyzes by making field observations and also uses the Critical Path Method (CPM) to determine the duration of time required to complete the project. Data analysis and processing with the CPM method is done manually and by using Microsoft Project software. The results of this study with calculations using the Critical Path Method (CPM) obtained a duration of 24 weeks, this duration is a week earlier than the initial project duration targeted for 25 weeks.
