Abstract

PT. GS Battery is a company at Industrial Area Surya Cipta who have not used the facility employee transportation at that company. It causes there is a request employee transportation service from PT. GS Battery to Perum PPD as a transportation service provider. Therefore the final project was taken aiming to plan the operations and tariff which will be implemented by Perum PPD at employee transportation service of PT. GS Battery. The method used in this research is tariff calculation analysis SK Dirjen Nomor 687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 and operational system at Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) PM Nomor 46 Tahun 2014, carried out several scenario analysis of operational which includes the type of bus, number of buses, headway, and operation scheduling for each route according to availability of the number of buses in Perum PPD which will be the basis for analyzing tariff calculations employee transportation which will be leased to PT. GS Battery. Based on the results the number of buses needed during the Covid-19 pandemic is 22 big buses and 4 medium buses, while under normal conditions 11 big buses and 3 medium buses. Based on the results of the analysis obtained total vehicle operation cost for big bus is Rp. 43.170.885,-, while the medium bus is Rp. 31.548.385,-. Then the rental rates for big bus is Rp. 287.806/trip and for medium bus is Rp. 210.323,-/trip. GS Battery adalah perusahaan pada Kawasan Industri Surya Cipta yang belum menerapkan fasilitas angkutan karyawan pada perusahaannya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan adanya permintaan layanan angkutan karyawan dari PT. GS Battery kepada Perum PPD selaku penyedia jasa transportasi. Maka dari itu Tugas Akhir ini diambil bertujuan untuk merencanakan operasional dan tarif yang akan diterapkan oleh Perum PPD pada layanan angkutan karyawan PT. GS Battery. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisa perhitungan tarif SK Dirjen Nomor 687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 dan sistem operasional pada Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) PM Nomor 46 Tahun 2014, dilakukan beberapa skenario analisa operasional yang meliputi jenis armada, jumlah armada, headway, dan penjadwalan operasi untuk masing-masing rute nya sesuai dengan ketersedian jumlah armada yang ada di Perum PPD yang nantinya akan menjadi dasar dalam melakukan analisa perhitungan tarif sewa angkutan karyawan yang akan di sewakan pada PT. GS Battery. Berdasarkan hasil analisis jumlah bus yang dibutuhkan pada kondisi pandemi Covid-19 sebanyak 22 unit bus besar dan 4 unit bus medium, sedangkan pada kondisi normal 11 unit bus besar dan 3 unit bus medium. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh total biaya operasional kendaraan untuk bus besar adalah Rp. 43.170.885,- sedangkan bus medium adalah Rp. 31.548.385,-. Maka tarif sewa yang untuk bus besar adalah Rp. 287.806/trip dan bus medium adalah Rp. 210.323,-/trip.
