Abstract

Indonesia has regulations related to the planning of high-rise buildings which are regulated in SNI 2847-2013 and SNI 1726-2012. At the end of 2019, the National Standardization Agency (BSN) issued a new regulation for 2019 related to the planning of high-rise buildings, namely SNI 2847-2019 and the earthquake loading regulation, namely SNI 1726-2019. In 2018 the Pesona Square South Side Apartment construction project was carried out at Ir. H. Juanda street Number. 99, Depok. However, the planning of the building still refers to the regulations of SNI 2847-2013 and SNI 1726- 2012 hasn’t followed the new regulations, namely SNI 2847-2019 and SNI 1726-2019. The secondary data used was obtained from the Owner of the Pesona Square South Side Apartment Development Project as a reference for structural analysis. In the analysis of the structure using the ETABS software 16th version. The structure system used in the analysis is a dual system, which is a combination between moment resisting frame systems and shear wall to restrain the earthquake lateral loads. Based on the results of the analysis structure buildings at the Pesona Square South Side Apartment using the regulations of SNI 2847-2019 and SNI 1726-2019, the results for the Mass Participant Mass Ratio in first mode to Y direction with a period of 3.348 seconds and another mode to X direction that are 2.843 seconds. For the use of double system in this analysis, it was found that the moment-bearing frame system is more dominant more than the shear wall structure in resisting lateral loads due to the earthquake. Then, in calculating the required dimensions of the structure and reinforcement, it is safer because it refers to the regulations of SNI 2847-2019 and SNI 1726-2019. Indonesia memiliki peraturan terkait perencanaan bangunan gedung bertingkat yang diatur dalam SNI 2847 pada tahun 2013 serta SNI 1726 pada tahun 2012. Pada akhir tahun 2019, Badan Standardisasi Nasional (BSN) menerbitkan peraturan baru tahun 2019 terkait perencanaan bangunan gedung bertingkat, yaitu SNI 2847-2019 serta peraturan pembebanan gempa yaitu SNI 1726-2019. Pada tahun 2018 dilaksanakan proyek pembangunan Pesona Square South Side Apartment yang berada di lokasi Jl. Ir. H. Juanda No.99, Depok. Namun, pada perencanaan bangunan tersebut masih mengacu pada peraturan SNI 2847-2013 dan SNI 1726-2012 dan belum mengikuti peraturan baru yaitu SNI 2847-2019 dan SNI 1726-2019. Data sekunder yang digunakan diperoleh dari pihak Owner Proyek Pembangunan Pesona Square South Side Apartment sebagai acuan analisis struktur. Dalam analisis struktur menggunakan bantuan software ETABS versi 16. Sistem struktur yang digunakan dalam analisis adalah sistem ganda yaitu perpaduan antara sistem rangka pemikul momen dan dinding geser dalam menahan beban lateral gempa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis struktur bangunan gedung Pesona Square South Side Apartment menggunakan peraturan SNI 2847-2019 dan SNI 1726-2019, didapatkan hasil untuk Mass Participant Mass Ratio pada mode 1 arah Y dengan periode 3,348 detik dan mode 2 arah X yaitu 2,843. Untuk penggunaan sistem ganda pada analisis ini didapatkan bahwa sistem rangka pemikul momen lebih dominan daripada struktur dinding geser dalam menahan beban lateral akibat gempa. Lalu, dalam menghitung kebutuhan dimensi struktur dan tulangan yang digunakan lebih aman karena mengacu pada peraturan SNI 2847-2019 dan SNI 1726-2019.
