Abstract

A construction project is a series of interrelated activities to achieve certain goals within the constraints of time, cost and quality. Many factors affect the success of construction projects, including the management of human resources. In fact, human resource management is still less than optimal, resulting in achievements that are not as planned. The purpose of this study is to find out the indicators for improving the performance of construction projects and the steps that need to be taken for indicators that are categorized as important for improving the performance of housing construction projects in Tangerang. The method used in determining the research sample is a random sampling method, namely the selection of samples randomly from several stakeholders of construction companies, especially housing in the Tangerang City area with a total of 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is SPSS for validity, reliability and normality testing, as well as the Relative Inportance Index (RII. Based on the results of the study, 25 indicators were obtained for improving the performance of housing construction projects in Tangerang and from the indicators obtained, the most important indicators for improving the performance of housing construction projects were obtained). The performance of housing development projects in Tangerang is based on 4 aspects, namely the competence aspect of the most important indicator is Knowledge/Knowladge of the workforce at work and understanding of the scope of work and job definitions with an RII value of 0.898, the competency aspect obtained the most important indicator is paying employee salaries appropriately time with an RII value of 0.818, based on the aspect of loyalty, the most important indicator is commitment to work with an RII value of 0.809, based on the aspect of work discipline, the most important indicator is compliance with regulations and ith RII value is 0.804. Keywords: Construction Project, Performance, HR Management, SPSS, RII Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang saling berkaitan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu dalam batasan waktu, biaya dan mutu. Banyak faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan proyek konstruksi diantaranya adalah pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Pada kenyatan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia masih kurang optimal sehingga menghasilkan pencapaian yang tidak sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui indikator-indikator untuk peningkatan kinerja proyek konstruksi dan langkah-langkah yang perlu dilakukan untuk indikator yang terkatogori penting untuk peningkatan kinerja proyek konstruksi perumahan di Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan sampel penelitian adalah metode random sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel secara acak terhadap beberapa stakeholder perusahaan konstruksi khususnya perumahaan di wilayah Kota Tangerang dengan jumlah sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS untuk uji validitas, reliabilitas dan normalitas, serta Relative Inportance Index (RII). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 25 indikator untuk peningkatan kinerja proyek konstruksi perumahan di Tangerang dan dari indikator yang diperoleh tersebut didapatkan indikator yang paling penting untuk peningkatan kinerja proyek pembangunan perumahan di Tanggerang berdasarkan 4 aspek yakni aspek kompetensi indikator paling penting adalah Pengetahuan/Knowledge tenaga kerja dalam bekerja dan Pemahaman terhadap ruang lingkup pekerjaan dan defenisi pekerjaan dengan nilai RII adalah 0,898, aspek motivasi diperoleh indikator paling penting adalah membayar gaji karyawan secara tepat waktu dengan nilai RII adalah 0,818, berdasarkan aspek loyalitas diperoleh indikator paling penting adalah komitmen terhadap pekerjaan dengan nilai RII 0,809, berdasarkan aspek disiplin kerja diperoleh indikator paling penting adalah ketaatan terhadap peraturan dengan nilai RII adalah 0,804.
