Abstract

In planning a building or infrastructure, various methods and strategies are needed to achieve the completion target on time and produce a sturdy and beautiful building quality. Structural components include columns, beams, and plates where each of these components requires formwork in its construction. Formwork plays an important role in forming the dimensions of the structure to match the plan. This research method compares the two methods of conventional formwork and aluminum formwork in terms of cost, time, and quality in the column structure of the Alam Sutera Apartment Sky House Project. The use of conventional formwork, starting from the basement and up to the 5th (fifth) floor, was then replaced by the use of the Aluminum Formwork Method, starting from the vertical elements (columns) on the 6th (six) floor to the roof floor. For time analysis, it is found that the length of work in 1 Floor for 3 Zones takes 6 days for conventional formwork installation and 4.5 days for Aluminum Formwork and with a productivity of 2,471 m2/person/day realized in the field, for the cost of using Aluminum formwork is greater by RP.178.413.516 from floors 5-7, and for the quality of the concrete column structure the conventional formwork method has more errors in the quality of the structure than using the aluminum formwork method. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison between conventional formwork and aluminum formwork on cost, time, and quality. Key words: Formwork Aluminium, Conventional Formwork by comparison, Costs, Time, And Quality Dalam merencanakan suatu bangunan gedung atau infrastruktur diperlukan berbagai macam metode dan strategi agar mancapai target penyelesaian yang tepat waktu serta menghasilkan kualitas bangunan yang kokoh dan indah. Komponen-komponen struktur meliputi kolom, balok dan plat yang dimana setiap komponen tersebut memerlukan bekisting didalam pembangunannya. Bekisting berperan penting untuk membentuk dimensi struktur agar sesuai dengan perencanaan. Metode penelitian ini membandingkan kedua metode pekerjaan bekisting konvensional dan aluminium formwork dari segi biaya, waktu, dan mutu pada struktur kolom Proyek Appartement Sky House Alam Sutera. Penggunaan Conventional Formwork mulai dari basement dan sampai lantai 5 (lima), Kemudian digantikan penggunaan Aluminium Formwork Method mulai dari elemen vertikal (kolom) di lantai 6 (enam) sampai dengan lantai atap. Untuk analisis waktu didapatkan lama pekerjaan dalam 1 Lantai untuk 3 Zone memakan waktu 6 hari untuk pemasangan bekisting konvensional dan 4,5 hari untuk bekisting Aluminium Formwork dan dengan produktifitas 2,471 m2 /org/hari terealisasi saat dilapangan, untuk biaya penggunaan bekisting Aluminium lebih besar sebesar RP.178.413.516 dari lantai 5-7, dan untuk kualitas mutu beton struktur kolom metode bekisting konvensional lebih banyak mengalami kesalahan pada kualitas struktur nya dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode bekisting aluminium formwork. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara bekisting konvensional dan bekisting aluminium terhadap biaya, waktu dan mutu.
