Abstract

The multi-storey building construction project or building is said to be one of the projects that have a high risk considering the large amount of work weight and the height of the structure to be built. This is due to the large amount of work weight and also the height of the building with such a short implementation time limit. Therefore, the possibility of problems in building construction projects often occurs, one example of the problems experienced in the Bidex Lot project is the delay in implementing the parking structure work. Parking building structure In the Bidex Lot project there are 4 floors, namely P1- P4. The Bidex Lot project experienced delays in the parking building structure work which should have been completed in July 2020 but there was a delay so that it could be completed until September 2020 with a progress deviation of 6.28%. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine what factors caused the delay and also to find out the handling solutions. Keywords : Analysis of Risk Factors, Delay, Construction, Questionnaire, SPSS Proyek konstruksi bangunan bertingkat atau gedung dikatakan sebagai salah satu proyek yang memiliki risiko tinggi mengingat besarnya bobot pekerjaan dan tingginya struktur yang akan dibangun. Hal ini disebabkan karena besarnya bobot pekerjaan dan juga tingginya bangunan dengan batas waktu pelaksanaan yang demikian singkat. Maka dari itu kemungkinan terjadi masalah pada proyek konstruksi gedung sering terjadi, salah satu contoh masalah yang dialami pada proyek Lot Bidex yaitu keterlambatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur bangunan parkir. Struktur bangunan parkir Pada proyek Lot Bidex terdapat 4 lantai, yaitu P1-P4. Pada proyek Lot Bidex mengalami keterlambatan pekerjaan struktur bangunan parkir yang seharusnya pekerjaan tersebut selesai pada bulan Juli 2020 namun terjadi keterlambatan sehingga dapat diselesaikan hingga bulan September 2020 dengan deviasi progress sebesar 6,28%. Maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dan juga mengetahui solusi penanganan nya.
