Abstract
The objective of the study was to provide empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, liquidity, and firm size, toward dividend policy. The population of this study was manufacture companies sector consumer goods industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the analysis method used was multiple linear regressions. The result of this study proved that the profitability, liquidity, and firm size of a company affected the dividend policy. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Firm Size, Dividend Policy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan, terhadap kebijakan dividen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sektor industri barang konsumsi sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2010-2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa tingkat profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan mempengaruhi kebijakan dividen. Kata kunci: Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Deviden.
