Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of career development, compensation, leadership of the Turnover Index intention in PT.Bank Selindo. The research data is the daily data for the period of observation periode.Metode sampling used is simple random sampling, from a population of 621 people, 242 people who become .Metodeanalisis sample used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) the career development of a significant negative effect on turnover intention visible on the dimension of formal education; (2) variable compensation significant negative effect on turnover intention visible on the dimensions indirect financial compensation; (3) variable leadership and significant negative effect on turnover intention visible on the dimensions of intelligence. Keywords: Career development, compensation, leadership, turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karier,kompensasi, kepemimpinan terhadap Turnover intention di PT.Bank Index Selindo. Data penelitian merupakan data harian untuk periode observasi setahun.Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, dari populasi 621 orang, 242 orang yang menjadi sample .Metodeanalisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) pengembangan karier berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention terlihat pada dimensi pendidikan formal; (2) variable kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention terlihat pada dimensi kompensasi financial tidak langsung; (3) variable kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention terlihat pada dimensi kecerdasan.
