Abstract

Dessert tidak hanya disantap setelah menu utama, melainkan juga dinikmati sendiri di luar susunan menu. Dessert akhir-akhir ini mulai dijadikan teman minum teh, snack, bahkan dapat dijadikan buah tangan. Jenis makanan ini digemari masyarakat dari anak kecil hingga dewasa. Dengan visual branding menjadikan tampilan dari Sifi Cakery memiliki makna visual tertentu serta menjadi pembeda dengan kompetitor lainnya. Tampilan visual tersebut mencakup identitas brand, logo, kemasan, dan lain-lain. Setiap bisnis wajib memiliki visual branding yang berguna untuk mempermudah calon konsumen dalam mengenali sebuah produk yang ditawarkan. Perancangan ini dilakukan untuk membangun visual branding serta media promosi yang dimiliki oleh Sifi Cakery . Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan perancangan tersebut adalah produk semakin dikenal khalayak ramai dan meningkatkan citra merek dari produk. Kata Kunci : Redesain, visual branding, promosi, dessert box, makanan. Dessert is not only eaten after the main dish, but it is also enjoyed on its outside of the menu arrangement. Recently, it is also being served alongside tea, and snacks, and even used as souvenirs. This dish is popular among both children and adults. With visual branding, Sifi Cakery gives the appearance a specific visual meaning and distinguishes it from other competitors. The visual appearance includes brand identity, logo, packaging, and others. That is the reason for the importance of visual branding in business because it can help potential customers recognize a product being offered. This research was conducted to analyze the visual branding and promotional media owned by Sifi Cakery. According to the findings of this study, product awareness among the general public and improving the product’s brand image. Key Word : Redesign, visual branding, promotion, dessert box, food.
