Abstract

The increasing number of tourist at the Mangrove Nature Park Pantai Indah Kapuk, but only afew visitors who come with ecotourism purposes. This study aims to analyze the influence of service marketing mix, ecotourism object development, and Electronic Word of Mouth against visit intention. The research design using causal method, with the study population used tourists who visit the mangrove Nature Park Pantai Indah Kapuk. The sample of Regression. The result of the analysis showed there is influence of ecotourism object development and electronic word of mouth on tourist visit intention, while the marketing service mix used by the managers of the Mangrove Nature Park Pantai Indah Kapuk did Not Affect the tourist visit intention. Keyword: Marketing Mix, Ecotourism Object Development, electronic word of mouth, visit intention, Mangrove Nature Park Pantai Indah Kapuk Terjadinya peningkatan jumlah wisatawan pada Taman Wisata Alam Mangrove Pantai Indah Kapuk, namun hanya sedikt saja pengunjung yang dating dengan tujuan ekowisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa, pengembangan objek ekowisata, dan Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap minat berkunjung wisata. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kausal, dengan populasi penelitian adalah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Taman Wisata Alam Mangrove Pantai Indah Kapuk. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebesar 200 analisis menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengembangan objek ekowisata dan Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, sedangkan bauran pemasaran jasa yang dilakukan pengelola tempat wisata ternyata tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan. Kata Kunci: Bauran Pemasaran Jasa, Pengembangan Objek Ekowisata, electronic word of mouth, minat berkunjung, wisata alam mangrove pantai indah kapuk.
