Abstract
ABSTRAK Tugas akhir peduli negeri ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri melalui komunikasi public speaking siswa Kelompok Belajar Sekolah Kami sekaligus mengenalkan dan mempraktekan teknik-teknik public speaking yang baik dan benar serta melatih kemampuan berbicara di depan umum melalui public speaking. Kelompok Belajar Sekolah Kami merupakan sekolah informal yang dikelola secara swadaya untuk menampung kegiatan belajar anak-anak pemulung di daerah Bekasi. Kelompok Belajar Sekolah Kami memiliki beberapa program kegiatan seperti modul akademik dasar, pelatihan keterampilan dan pelatihan perilaku sosial. Terdaftar sekitar 120 murid belum termasuk alumni yang sudah diberikan beasiswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikannya di sekolah negeri. Tugas akhir ini merupakan tugas akhir peduli negeri dengan mitra kerjasama Kelompok Belajar Sekolah Kami. Selama penelitian, komunikasi persuasif dan interaktif merupakan teknik komunikasi yang dilakukan. Penulis juga melakukan wawancara dan diskusi dengan wakil dari Kelompok Belajar Sekolah Kami dalam menentukan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan. Penulis juga memberikan kuisioner pada peserta yang hadir sebagai bentuk pengukuran mengenai keberhasilan berlangsungnya kegiatan. Tahapan dari peduli negeri ini dimulai dari survei dan sosialisasi dengan pihak Kelompok Belajar Sekolah Kami. Kemudian dilanjut dengan pembinaan serta pelatihan/praktek studi mengenai public speaking. Sebagai penutup diadakan pentas seni dan tahapan terakhir adalah publikasi ke beberapa media yaitu Laraspostonline.com, Matapers-indonesia.com dan Swarakonsumenindonesia.com Kata Kunci : Karakter, Kreativitas, Public Speaking, Kelompok Belajar Sekolah Kami ABSTRACT Peduli negeri final project is carried out with the aim of increasing self-confidence through the public speaking communication of Sekolah Kami Learning Group students as well as introducing and practicing good and correct public speaking techniques and practicing public speaking skills. Sekolah Kami Learning Group is an informal learning group for scavengers and underprivileged children located in Bekasi. Sekolah Kami Learning Group have several activity programs such as basic academic modules, skills training and social behavior training. Sekolah Kami Learning Group has registered about 120 students not including alumni who have been awarded scholarships to continue their education at public schools. This peduli negeri final project with Sekolah Kami Learning Group are partners for this project. During research, persuasive and interactive communication is a communication technique that is carried out. The writer also conducted interviews and discussions with representatives of Sekolah Kami Learning Group in determining activities to be held. The writer also gave a questionnaire to participants who attended as a form of measurement of the success of the activity. The stages of this peduli negeri began from a survey and outreach with the Sekolah Kami Learning Group. Then proceed with coaching and training / practice studies about public speaking.
