Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between digital maturity and innovative work behavior of PT Makmur Fantawijaya employees. This study used a quantitative method with 100 respondents who were employees at PT Makmur Fantawijaya, Central Jakarta. Reliability in this study was tested by looking at the alpha-cronbach coefficient in the SPSS reliability scale test. The suggested reliability coefficient is above 0.5. From the results of the correlation analysis between variables, the information that appears has a value of r = 0.890, so it can be said that the relationship between digital maturity and innovative work behavior is significant, the results of the statistical test obtained a p-value = 0.000. The conclusion from these results is that there is a significant relationship between digital maturity and innovative work behavior of employees at PT Makmur Fantawijaya. Keywords: digital maturity, innovative work behavior Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara digital maturity dengan innovative work behavior karyawan PT Makmur Fantawijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak 100 yang merupakan karyawan di PT Makmur Fantawijaya, Jakarta Pusat, Reliabilitas pada penelitian ini diuji dengan melihat koefisien alpha-cronbach dalam uji reliability scale SPSS. Koefisien reliabilitas yang disarankan adalah diatas 0,5. Dari hasil analisa korelasi antar variabel, informasi yang muncul terdapat nilai r = 0.890, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa hubungan antara digital maturity dengan innovative work behavior bersifat signifikan, hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,000. Kesimpulan dari hasil tersebut adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan digital maturity dengan innovative work behavior karyawan di PT Makmur Fantawijaya.
