Abstract

Cost performance is one of the main considerations in the construction project implementation process. Poor cost performance will have a negative impact on the entire construction process. So, an analysis of improving cost performance is needed. With the various causes of decreased cost performance, this research will limit itself to analyzing the factors of cost estimation accuracy, project team effectiveness and labor productivity, which often occur in construction projects, especially in multistorey building projects. In this research, a statistical analysis approach was used using SPSS tools based on questionnaire data from implementing contractors in Jakarta. The results of the mean and ranking research produce indicators X3_01 (labor productivity), X1_01 (Price of materials) and X2_01 (project team effectiveness) as the factor that has the most nfluence on cost performance in high rise building and from the results of the Durbin-Watson test the variable X1 (accuracy of cost estimates, X2 (project team effectiveness) and X3 (labor productivity) has an R Square 0,409 % or an influence of 40,90 % on cost performance in high rise building. Keywords: cost performance, cost overrun, high rise building, SPSS Kinerja biaya menjadi salah satu pertimbangan utama dalam proses pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Kinerja biaya yang tidak baik akan berdampak negatif pada keseluruhan proses konstruksi. Sehingga diperlukan analisis terhadap peningkatan kinerja biaya. Dengan beragamnya penyebab terjadinya penurunan kinerja biaya, penelitian ini akan membatasi pada analisis faktor akurasi estimasi biaya, efektivitas tim proyek dan produktivitas tenaga kerja, yang memang sangat sering terjadi pada proyek konstruksi, khususnya pada proyek gedung bertingkat. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan analisa statistik dengan menggunakan perangkat SPSS berdasarkan data kuesioner terhadap kontraktor pelaksana di Jakarta. Dengan hasil penelitian mean and ranking menghasilkan indikator X3_01 (produktivitas tenaga kerja), X1_01 (harga bahan baku) dan X2_01 (komunikasi tim) sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja biaya pada proyek bangunan gedung bertingkat dan dari hasil uji Durbin-Watson variabel X1 (akurasi estimasi biaya), X2 (efektivitas tim proyek) dan X3 (produktivitas tenaga kerja) memiliki hasil R square 0,409 atau pengaruh sebesar 40,90 % terhadap kinerja biaya pada proyek bangunan gedung bertingkat.
