Abstract
Recruitment new employees is very important for the company because it will determine the success in achieving the vision and mission of the company.Competent human resources and professional employees as required by the company. This also applies in the PT. Micro Piranti Computer. division HR department of the company is very selective when Recruitment new employees, because the system of selection by using the services of advertising used less effective and often times get applicants who do not meet the criteria of the company. Therefore, the authors designed a system of web-based employee recruitment. The research method used is research, interviews, literature study. While Extreme Programming as a software development is the planning, design,coding, testing. Receipt of employee information system using laravel 5.8 as a framework, amps, MySQL Database and PHP as the programming language with the application of the algorithm peace be upon HIM used to provide rekomendasipelamar. The presence of the acceptance of information systems employees can simplify the HR recruiting new employees. Key words: Recruitment, SAW, MYSQL, PHP, Extreme Programming Rekrutmen pegawai baru sangat penting bagi perusahaan karena itu akan menentukan keberhasilan dalam mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan karyawan profesional seperti yang diperlukan oleh perusahaan. Hal ini juga berlaku dalam PT. Micro Piranti Computer. divisi HR departemen perusahaan sangat selektif dalam rekrutmen karyawan baru, karena sistem seleksi dengan menggunakan layanan iklan yang digunakan kurang efektif dan sering kali mendapatkan pelamar yang tidak memenuhi kriteria perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penulis merancang sistem perekrutan karyawan berbasis web. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian, wawancara, studi sastra. Sementara Extreme Programming sebagai pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah perencanaan, desain, coding, pengujian. Penerimaan sistem informasi karyawan menggunakan laravel 5.8 sebagai kerangka kerja, AMP, Database MySQL dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dengan algoritma SAW yang dipakai untuk menyediakan rekomendomasi pelamar. Adanya sistem informasi penerimaan karyawan dapat mempermudah divisi HRD melakukan rekrutmen karyawan baru. Kata kunci: Rekrutmen, SAW, MYSQL, PHP, Extreme Programming
