Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance on financial performance (case study of manufacturing companies in the food & beverage sub-sector on the IDX 2019-2021). The population of this research is all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method and a sample of 16 companies was obtained. The analytical method used is panel data analysis using the Eviews 9 calculation tool. The research results show that the size of the Board of Commissioners has a negative effect on financial performance, the number of Independent Commissioners has a positive effect on financial performance and Institutional Ownership has no effect on financial performance. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance (Size of the Board of Commissioners, Number of Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership), Return On Assets (ROA), Financial Performance, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan & Minuman di BEI 2019-2021). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahu 2019-2021. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data panel dengan menggunakan alat hitung Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ukuran Dewan Komisaris berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan, Jumlah Dewan Komisaris Independen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan dan Kepemilikan Institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.
