Abstract

This research is focused on portrayal of florishing on full time shift barista with status as active student in Starbucks company, the method used in this research is qualitative with phenomenology approach, as well as taking Data is done by interview and observation techniques organized by Florishing theory. Interviews and observations are conducted at different times of each subject and as a credibility of a qualitative data is done by conducting significant other interviews with each subject and analysed through categories, meanings and themes Describing the florishing state of each subject. Based on the results of the study gained that experience in college while working and the demands of the company, family relationships, and the environment is very influential in certain factors that make a person more florish in his life and A person's positive emotion level is not only influenced by how often a person is experiencing positive emotion but negative emotion is also an indicator that shows the development Positive emotion florishing levels of someone as well as someone who has confidence to be beneficial to the environment and others are said to have lived a eudomonic life. And reach the level of florish in his life. Key words: Baristas,startbucks,florishing. Penelitian ini difokuskan kepada gambaran florishing pada barista full time shift dengan status sebagai mahasiswa aktif di perusahaan starbucks, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenology, serta pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tehnik wawancara dan observasi yang disusun berdasarkan teori Florishing, wawancara dan observasi dilakukan dengan waktu yang berbeda-beda pada tiap subyek dan sebagai kredibilitas suatu data kualitatif dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara significant other setiap subyek dan melakukan analisa melalui kategori, makna serta tema yang menggambarkan tentang keadaan florishing pada tiap subyek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Pengalaman dalam menjalani kuliah sambil berkerja dan tuntutan perusahaan, hubungan keluarga, dan lingkungan sangat perpengaruh pada faktor tertentu yang membuat seseorang semakin florish didalam hidupnya dan Tingkat positive emotion seseorang tidak hanya dipengaruhi melalui seberapa sering seseorang mengalami positive emotion melainkan negatif emotion juga merupakan indikator yang menunjukan perkembangan tingkat positive emotion florishing seseorang serta Seseorang yang memiliki keyakinan untuk bermanfaat bagi lingkungan dan orang lain dikatakan telah menjalani hidup yang eudomonic. Dan mencapai tingkat florish di dalam hidupnya. Kata kunci: Barista,Starbucks, Florishing.
