Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work overload, organizational commitment, and career development on employee turnover intention at PT. Sarana Global Telecom. The object of this research is all permanent employees at PT. Sarana Global Telecom. This research was conducted with 35 respondents and used a quantitative approach with a causal model. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The results of this study also show that the variables work overload and organizational commitment have a significant effect on turnover intention, while career development has no effect on turnover intention. Keywords: work overload, organizational commitment, career development, turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kelebihan beban kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT. Sarana Global Telecom. Objek penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan tetap pada PT. Sarana Global Telecom. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 35 responden dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model kausal. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel kelebihan beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention sedangkan pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention.
