Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta. The object of this research is all teachers who work at SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta. This research was conducted on 38 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. Therefore the results of this study state that the variable work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on work performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work performance at SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Work Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Prestasi kerja guru SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru yang bekerja pada SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 38 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pada SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta.
