Abstract
This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of job satisfaction, workload, and transformational leadership on employee performance. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. Therefore, the results of this study state that the variable job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the workload has a significant positive effect on employee performance and transformasional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Smartfren telecom. Keywords : job satisfaction, workload, transformasional leadership, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, beban kerja, dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan.Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
