Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality, price perception and promotion on Simpati Card User Satisfaction. Using quantitative methods and data analysis methods using SMART-PLS and the total sample is 105 respondents with a population of sympathy card users in West Jakarta. The results of this research are that product quality does not have a significant effect on user satisfaction, price perception has no effect on user satisfaction and promotion has an effect Significant to User Satisfaction Keywords: product quality, price, promotion, user satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga dan Promosi terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Kartu Simpati. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan metode analisis data menggunakan SMARTPLS dan jumlah sampel berjumlah 105 responden dengan populasi pengguna kartu simpati di Jakarta Barat.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Kualitas produk tidak bepengaruh signifikan Tehrhadap Kepuasan Pengguna, Persepsi Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna dan Promosi berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna. Kata kunci : kualitas produk, harga, promosi, kepuasan pengguna.
