Abstract

The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The object of research is all employees who work at PT. Solve it with a total of 82 people. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a total sample of 82 people. The approach used in this study is the Smart-PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool. The results showed that workload had a positive but not significant effect on turnover intention, competence had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and work environment had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Workload, Competence, Work environment and Turnover intention Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Solve it dengan jumlah 82 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 82 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis Smart-PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention kompentensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
