Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) targets the revitalization project of the Jakarta Presidential Palace electricity network to be completed in 2023. This revitalization is carried out to improve state activities. However, the progress of the implementation of the State Palace Electricity Network Revitalization Project has been delayed. Based on data from weekly reports, there is a delay in the implementation time from week 9 to week 13. The magnitude of the decrease in the achievement of the cumulative progress of the plan with the cumulative progress of the realization, namely in the 41st week the deviation decreased by -0.555%; the 42nd week deviation was - 1.610%; the 43rd week deviation was -3.810%; the 44th week deviation was -4.303%; the 45th week deviation was -17.274%; the 46th week deviation was - 31.882% and the 47th week deviation was -53.634%. After the scheduling analysis was carried out using the CPM method, the structure work activities were found to be on the critical path, namely activities A-B-D-E-F-G-H-I-L-M-NO-P-Q-R-S After crashing the structural work that is on the critical path, this crashing process is carried out 17 times, after crashing 17 times, the acceleration duration with the shortest duration is 74.90 weeks with a direct cost of Rp13.174.599.698,94., indirect costs of Rp. 129,915,096.07 and a total cost of Rp. 13.304.514.795,01 Acceleration of duration due to project delays using the crashing system shift method on work that is on the critical path will have an impact on the direct cost of the project Keywords: Delay, Crash Program, Critical Path, Cost. PT PLN (Persero) menargetkan proyek revitalisasi jaringan kelistrikan Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta bakal tuntas pada tahun 2023. Revitalisasi ini dilakukan guna meningkatkan aktivitas kenegaraan. Namun, pada progress pelaksanaan Pembangunan Proyek Revitalisasi Jaringan Listrik Istana Negara ini mengalami keterlambatan. Berdasarkan data dari laporan mingguan terdapat keterlambatan pada waktu pelaksanaannya di minggu ke-9 sampai dengan minggu ke-13. Besaran penurunan prestasi progress kumulatif rencana dengan progress kumulatif realisasi, yaitu pada minggu ke-41 deviasi penurunan sebesar -0,555 %; deviasi minggu ke-42 sebesar – 1,610 % ; deviasi minggu ke-43 sebesar -3,810 %; deviasi minggu ke 44 sebesar -4,303 %; deviasi minggu ke-45 sebesar -17,274 % ; deviasi minggu ke-46 sebesar -31,882 % dan deviasi minggu ke-47 sebesar -53,634 %. Setelah dilakukan analisis penjadwalan dengan metode CPM maka didapatkan aktivitas pekerjaan struktur yang berada pada jalur kritis yaitu aktivitas A-B-D-E-F-G-H-I-L-M-NO-P-Q-R-S Setelah dilakukan crashing pada pekerjaan struktur yang berada pada jalur kritis,proses crashing ini dilakukan sebanyak 17 kali,setelah dilakukan 17 kali proses crashing maka didapatkan durasi percepatan dengan durasi terpendek ialah 74,90 minggu dengan biaya langsung Rp13.174.599.698,94.,biaya tak langsung sebesar Rp. 129.915.096,07 dan total biaya Rp. 13.304.514.795,01 Percepatan durasi akibat keterlambatan proyek menggunakan metode crashing sistem shift pada pekerjaan yang berada di jalur kritis akan berdampak pada biaya langsung (direct cost) proyek Kata Kunci: Keterlambatan, Crash Program, Lintasan Kritis, Biaya
