Abstract

Personal Branding in Abdul Sofi Allail has his character as creative thinking, consistent in creating content, and self-confidence. This ability in him chose to apply personal branding on TikTok media. Abdul Sofi Allail or Ale is often nicknamed "street fashion" or "Citayem Fashion Week". This is consistent with him having a sense of self-confidence and creativity in creating content on TikTok media and interacting with netizens or fans. The strategy for building personal branding on TikTok media is that he has 3 strategies by having creative thinking, being consistent in creating content and always interacting with fans or followers. The focus of this research is Abdul Sofi Allail's strategy in building personal branding and utilizing TikTok media, especially in developing strategies in terms of content in TikTok media. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with interview and observation data collection techniques. The results of this research on external validity in qualitative research are empirical questions that depend on the similarity of the context, so that other people can understand it. In this research, the researcher provides a detailed, clear, systematic and experienced descriptive report so that readers can obtain clear information about the findings of this research. Key Information: Personal Branding and Tiktok Strategy Personal Branding dalam Abdul Sofi Allail ia memilik karakter pada dirinya sebagai pemikiran kreatif, konsisten dalam membuat konten, dan kepercayaan dirinya. Kemampuan pada dirinya tersebut memilih untuk menerapkan personal branding di media tiktok. Abdul Sofi Allail atau Ale kerap dijulukin “street fashion” atau “Citayem Fashion Week” hal ini menjadikan suatu konsisten pada dirinya yang memiliki rasa kepercayaan diri dan kreativitas dirinya dalam membuat konten pada media tiktok dan berinteraksi dengan para netizen ataupu fans. Strategi membangun personal branding pada media tiktok yang ia memilik 3 strategi dengan memilik pemikiran kreatif, konsisten dalam membuat konten dan selalu berinteraksi dengan para fans ataupun followers. Fokus penelitian ini bagaimana strategi Abdul Sofi Allail dalam membangun personal branding dan memanfaatkan media tiktok khususnya dalam pengembangan strategi segi konten di media tiktok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif secara deskritif dengan teknik pengambilan data wawancara dan observasi. Hasil Penelitian ini pada validitas eksternal dalam penelitian kualitatif merupakan pertanyaan empiris yang bergantung pada kesamaan konteks, sehingga orang lain dapat memahaminya. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memberikan laporan deskriptif yang mendetail, jelas, sistematis dan berpengalaman sehingga pembaca dapat memperoleh informasi yang jelas tentang temuan penelitian ini.
