Abstract

Pedestrian area near Pasar Minggu station is the main area for every activity where there’s a lot of people using it as their work route or only for passing by. The fundamental problem is despite the pedestrian facility has been built well, we could still see the orderliness in that area.This research aimed to analyse the pedestrian lane characteristics and service level based on passenger’s technical guidelines and stated preferences. In this research, the primary data were collected by conducting direct surveys in the study area to determine pedestrian, passenger perception about pedestrian facilities performance. After doing analytical study the level of service for Pedestrian in Pasar Minggu area still at A level which is really good and only need to improve in several thing such as: to complete facility at pedestrian area refer to SE Menteri PUPR No : 02/SE/M/2018, Based on the stated preferences approach, from the assessment of 24 service attributes overall already doing really well and keep the good work but need to improve on security and coordination so the facility could be use maximally. Keywords : Service level of pedestrian facilities, Pedestrian facilities, Pasar Minggu Fasilitas pejalan kaki di area stasiun Pasar minggu merupakan jalur utama untuk segala aktivitas dimana digunakan untuk rute bekerja ataupun hanya lewat saja. Permasalahan utamanya yaitu walaupun fasilitas pejalan kaki sudah dibangun dengan lengkap, pengguna fasilitas pejalan kaki masih belum tertib sehingga fasilitas tidak dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini akan melakukan pengujian terhadap karakteristik pejalan kaki dengan mengacu pada pendekatan kepentingan dan kinerja fasilitas pejalan kaki. Setelah dilakukan analisis didapatkan nilai tingkat pelayanan untuk fasilitas pejalan Kaki stasiun Pasar Minggu di level A dimana itu sangat baik dan hanya perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan untuk beberapa hal berikut: untuk melengkapi fasilitas pejalan kaki dengan mengacu pada SE Menteri PUPR No : 02/SE/M/2018, dan berdasarkan analisis dari pendekatan kinerja dan kepentingan fasilitas pejalan kaki walaupun secara umum hasilnya baik perlu dilakukan peningkatan untuk keamanan dan ketertiban agar penggunaan fasilitas pejalan kaki bisa lebih maksimal Kata kunci : Tingkat Pelayanan, Fasilitas pejalan kaki, Pasar Minggu
