Abstract
A script writer is someone who is in charge of making scripts in pre-production for film needs, starting from determining ideas, themes, plots, characters, and characters. Then, the writer pours out the idea, which becomes the basic story, synopsis, and treatment development, to detail the story. Then, it is developed into a script that functions as a framework for a film in the filmmaking process. Because of that, this final project tries to make a drama script writing technique in the film "Kontradiksi." Kontradiksi is a comedy-drama short film about three friends named Nacing, Panjul and Dewi who commit acts of theft in a big house owned by a drug dealer. The writing technique in this manuscript uses a three-act structure. This final project focuses on how a scriptwriter can professionally make a short film script based on the stages that must be carried out in making a film script. Keywords: Scriptwriter, Structure of Three Acts, Comedy. Penulis naskah merupakan seseorang yang bertugas membuat naskah pada praproduksi untuk kebutuhan film, dimulai dari menentukan ide, tema, alur, tokoh dan karakter. Kemudian, penulis tuang ide tersebut, menjadi basic story, sinopsis, pengembangan treatment, guna mendetail cerita. Kemudian, dikembangkan menjadi naskah yang berfungsi sebagai kerangka sebuah film dalam proses pembuatan film. Karena itu, tugas akhir ini, mencoba membuat teknik penulisan naskah drama dalam film “Kontradiksi.’ Kontradiksi merupakan film pendek bergenre drama komedi tentang tiga orang sahabat yang bernama Nacing, Panjul dan Dewi yang melakukan tindak aksi pencurian dalam sebuah rumah besar milik pengedar narkoba. Teknik penulisan pada naskah ini, menggunakan struktur tiga babak. Tugas akhir ini, memfokuskan bagaimana seorang penulis naskah mampu membuat naskah film pendek secara professional berdasarkan tahapan-tahapan yang harus dilakukan dalam pembuatan naskah film Kata Kunci : Penulis Naskah, Struktur Tiga Babak, Kontradiksi.
