Abstract
The interior and design project is a construction job that relies on a very high level of precision and punctuality, so in the case study at Café Lewis and Carroll, precisely at Grand Indonesia East Mall, it was carried out by the contractor PT. SV Interior Perspective needs to calculate CPM (Critical Path Method) and Crashing project, these 2 methods were chosen to avoid time delays in implementation activities. This project will be implemented in 90 days, precisely from 11 July 2022 to 12 October 2022 with a contract value of IDR 1,047,220,650 (excluding VAT). The results of the analysis show that the CPM calculations for Preliminary Work, Ceiling Work, Duckting, Water Plumbing and Furniture Work experience accelerated time. The results of accelerating the time from the initial work schedule of 90 days with critical paths A, C, F, G, H to 75 days by producing a new critical path, namely on paths A, B, D, E, G, H so that the project can be completed more quickly, For the Crashing project calculation, the total Crashing cost was IDR 145,349,800, which was originally for work included in CPM with a total Normal cost of IDR 1,157,693,000 (after VAT), after accelerating the time it became IDR 1,303,042,800. Judging from the results of the analysis above on the Café Lewis and Carroll - Grand Indonesia Project, it shows that the time efficiency is 75 days but there is an additional cost of IDR 145,349,800. Proyek interior dan design merupakan sebuah pekerjaan konstruksi yang mengandalkan tingkat ketelitian dan ketepatan waktu yang sangat tinggi, sehingga dalam studi kasus di Café Lewis and Carroll tepatnya di Grand Indonesia East Mall yang dikerjakan oleh kontraktor PT. SV Interior Perspektif perlu dilakukan perhitungan CPM (Critical Path Method) dan Crashing project, 2 metode ini dipilih agar terhindar dari keterlambatan-keterlambatan waktu dalam kegiatan pelaksanaannya. Proyek ini dilaksanakan dalam 90 hari tepatnya pada tanggal 11 Juli 2022 sampai dengan 12 Oktober 2022 dengan nilai kontrak Rp1.047.220.650 (belum termasuk ppn). Hasil analisis menunjukan pada perhitungan CPM pekerjaan Preliminary Work, Ceiling Work, Duckting, Water Plumbing, dan Furniture Work mengalami percepatan waktu. Hasil percepatan waktu yang jadwal awal perkerjaan 90 hari dengan lintasan kritis A, C, F, G, H menjadi 75 hari dengan menghasilkan lintasan kritis baru yaitu pada jalur A, B, D, E, G, H sehingga proyek dapat selesai lebih cepat, untuk perhitungan Crashing project didapatkan total biaya Crashing sebesar Rp145.349.800 yang semula untuk pekerjaan yang masuk dalam CPM dengan total biaya Normal Rp1.157.693.000 (setelah ppn), setelah di lakukan percepatan waktu menjadi Rp1.303.042.800. Ditinjau dari hasil analisis di atas pada Proyek Café Lewis and Carroll - Grand Indonesia menunjukan adanya efesiensi waktu menjadi 75 hari tetapi mengalami penambahan biaya sebesar Rp145.349.800.
