Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and stress on work performance at PT. Selamat Sempurna, TBK. This study uses a causal design with a quantitative method approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The number of research subjects is 100 employees who have criteria as (1) working as employees of PT. Selamat Sempurna, TBK, (2) already working more than 2 years. Data management uses the IBM SPSS 24 program. Data analysis to test the hypothesis uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on work performance (2) there is a negative and significant effect of stress on work performance (3) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and stress simultaneously on work performance. Stress has the greatest influence on work performance. PT. Selamat Sempurna, TBK is advised to pay attention to the stress felt by employees, especially on the 'perceived control' dimension so that stress can be managed to become esustress and applying the concept of organizational culture to the stability dimension in an effort to increase employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan stres terhadap prestasi kerja pada karyawan PT. Selamat Sempurna,TBK. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausal dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah subyek penelitian sebanyak 100 karyawan yang memiliki kriteria (1) Bekerja sebagai karyawan PT. Selamat Sempurna,TBK, (2) Sudah bekerja lebih dari 2 tahun.Pengelolaan data menggunakan program IBM SPSS 24. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan stres terhadap prestasi kerja (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organsiasi dan stres secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja. Stres memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap prestasi kerja. PT. Selamat Sempurna,TBK disarankan untuk memperhatikan stres yang dirasakan karyawan terutama pada dimensi perceived control sehingga dapat mengelola stres menjadi esustress dan penerapkan konsep budaya organisasi pada dimensi stability dalam upaya peningkatan prestasi kerja karyawan meningkat. Kata kunci : budaya organisasi, stres, prestasi kerja.
