Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, perceived organizational support, and organizational communication on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) atThe company PT.Aplikanusa Lintasarta Thamrin, Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research.This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. This research ws conducted at the PT.Aplikanusa Lintasarta Thamrin, Jakartabranch with a population of drivers 41 employees. This study uses data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS) with a population of 41 employees. The data collection technique was done by using questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta Thamri Jakarta. Keywords:job satisfaction, perceived organizational support, Organizational Communication, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, persepsi dukungan organisais, dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada Perusahaan PT.Aplikanusa Lintasarta Thamrin,Jakrta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT.Aplikanusa Lintasarta Thamrin, Jakarta dengan populasi seluruh karyawan driver yang berjumlah 41 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengelolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan jumlah populasi 41 Karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi organisasiberpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta Thamrin, Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Komunikasi Organisasi, danOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
