Abstract

Title: Comparative Analysis of Shop Drawing Distribution Using Paper Raw Materials and Shop Drawing Distribution Using Paperless Gadgets (Tablets) for Its Effectiveness and Efficiency Using Root Cause Analysis (Case Study of the Yukata Suites Project, Jalan Sutera Boulevard kav. 28, Alam Sutera - South Tangerang), Name: Hasan Mahvut, NIM: 41115120059, Supervisor: Mirnayani, ST, MT., 2020 In planning a building requires a variety of methods and strategies to achieve the target completion of the work that is right and time is fast (effective) with minimal cost control but maximum results (efficient). In a project, a detailed Shop Drawing plan is needed and is used as a guide for the implementation of a job. Shop drawing is important for clarity and understanding of work implementation, as well as to avoid mistakes in repetition of Shop Drawing revisions, which of course have an impact on cost overruns. So it is necessary to improve the use of Shop Drawing distribution for the application of paperless ideas where the replacement is to use Gadgets (Tablets) as a substitute for paper, this study uses the Root Cause Analysis method by: Step 1 - Define the Problem, Step 2 - Collect Data, Step 3 - Identify the Causes Possible, Step 4 - Identify Root Causes, Step 5 - Propose and Implement Solutions. (Shift Indonesia, 2020). The result of the effectiveness ratio obtained is between the percentage of performance of 90% - 100% with the results of the Effective criteria and the efficiency ratio of 1 time the project obtained is between the percentage of performance of 60% - 80% with the results of the Efficient criteria Judul : Analisis Perbandingan Distribusi Shop Drawing Menggunakan Bahan Baku Kertas dan Distribusi Shop Drawing Menggunakan Paperless Penggunaan Gadget (Tablet) Terhadap Ke-efektif-annya dan Ke-efesiensi-nya Menggunakan Root Cause Analysis (Studi Kasus Proyek Yukata Suites, Jalan Sutera Boulevard kav.28, Alam Sutera – Tangerang Selatan), Nama : Hasan Mahvut, NIM : 41115120059, Dosen Pembimbing : Mirnayani, ST, MT., 2020 Dalam merencanakan suatu bangunan gedung diperlukan berbagai macam metode dan strategi untuk mancapai target penyelesaian yang pekerjaan yang tepat dan waktu yang cepat (Efektif) dengan pengendalian biaya yang minimal namun hasilnya maksimal (Efisien). Dalam sebuah proyek dibutuhkan perencanaan Shop Drawing yang detail dan digunakan sebagai panduan pelaksanaan suatu pekerjaan. Shop drawing ini penting untuk kejelasan dan kesepahaman terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan, juga untuk menghindari kesalahan pengulangan revisi Shop Drawing, yang tentunya berdampak pada pembengkakan biaya. Maka diperlukan Improvement Penggunaan Distribusi Shop Drawing pengaplikasian ide paperless dimana penggantinya adalah menggunakan Gadget (Tablet) sebagai pengganti kertas, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Root Cause Analysis dengan cara : Langkah 1 – Definisikan Masalah, Langkah 2 – Kumpulkan Data, Langkah 3 – Identifikasi Penyebab yang Mungkin, Langkah 4 – Identifikasi Akar Masalah (Root Causes), Langkah 5 – Ajukan dan Implementasikan Solusi. (Shift Indonesia, 2020). Hasil rasio ke-efektifan yang didapat adalah diantara persentase kinerja 90 % - 100 % dengan hasil kriteria Efektif dan rasio efisien 1 kali proyek yang didapat adalah diantara persentase kinerja 60 % - 80 % dengan hasil kriteria Efisien.
