Abstract

In economic growth in Indonesia, this has a very big influence on development, especially in the capital city of Jakarta. In implementing the construction of high-rise buildings, tools are needed to support humans to work, one of which is tower cranes. The tower crane that is often used in the implementation of construction is the horizontal jib or hammer head type, this time in the construction of the nasdem tower project using the luffing jib tower crane type which is due to limited land and there are two tower cranes operating, but there are things that result in decreased productivity by the tower crane itself which has an impact on delays in a job that is thought to be due to the inadequate factors that affect the performance of the tower crane, Several factors are thought to affect the performance of tower cranes, namely management factors, limited land factors and tower crane specifications. This research was conducted to determine the productivity of the tower crane on the nasdem tower project, and what factors have the most significant influence on this productivity. By observing the cycle times needed by the tower crane to transport materials and finding out what factors affect the productivity of the tower crane. The method used to determine the productivity of the tower crane is carried out by means of field observations, namely observing and recording the volume of the material being lifted, and observing and recording the cycle time needed to move the material, to determine the factors that influence it, it is done by distributing questionnaires given to parties. parties involved in the process of building the nasdem tower. Then the results of the questionnaire were processed using SPSS Version 25 software (Statistical Product and Service Solution). From the analysis and result obtained and some opinions from experts, there are several factors that cause productivity delays in tower cranes, namely management factors, tower crane location factors and factors of tower crane types used in the construction of the nasdem tower building KEY: Productivity, Heavy equipment, Tower Crane, Questionnaire, SPSS 25 Dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di indonesia ini sangat berpengaruh besar dalam pembangunan, khususnya di ibu kota jakarta. Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan gedung bertingkat tinggi sangat butuh alat bantu sebagai penunjang manusia untuk bekerja yaitu salah satunya tower crane. Tower crane yang sering digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan adalah jenis horizontal jib atau hammer head, kali ini pada pembangunan proyek Nasdem Tower menggunakan jenis tower crane luffing jib yang mana dikarenakan keterbatasan lahan dan ada 2 tower crane yang beroperasi, namun ada hal yang mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan produktivitas oleh tower crane itu sendiri yang berdampak pada keterlambatan suatu pekerjaan yang diduga diakibatkan tidak optimumnya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tower crane tersebut, beberapa faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi kinerja dari tower crane, yaitu faktor manajemen, faktor lahan yang terbatas dan spesifikasi tower crane. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui produktivitas dari tower crane pada proyek Nasdem Tower, dan faktor apa saja yang paling mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas tersebut. Dengan mengamati waktu siklus yang dibutuhkan tower crane untuk mengangkut material dan mencari tau faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tower crane tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui produktivitas tower crane dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan, yaitu mengamati serta mencatat volume dari material yang diangkat, dan mengamati serta mencatat waktu siklus yang dibutuhkan untuk memindah material, untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhinya dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pihak-pihak yang ikut terlibat dalam proses pembangunan gedung nasdem tower. Kemudian hasil kuesioner diolah dengan mengunakan software SPSS Versi 25 (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Dari analisis dan hasil yang didapat dan beberapa pendapat dari para pakar ada beberapa faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan produktivitas pada tower crane yaitu faktor manajemen, faktor letak tower crane dan faktor jenis tower crane yang digunakan pada pembangunan gedung nasdem tower.
