Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is growing rapidly and has become an important aspect in all fields, especially in helping with daily work. One of them is the use of the Internet and the mobile web. Web Mobile can run well on all browsers and mobile platforms, this can be the choice of companies in choosing tools that are cheap in terms of maintenance costs. The BPJS Kesehatan Bhakti service cooperative in collaboration with BPJS Kesehatan already has many active members who are registered as members of the Services Bhakti Cooperative. With theapplication mobile web, it becomes a step towards transparency of information and finance for all members, and it is easier for members to get up to date information regarding the BPJS Kesehatan Bhakti Service Cooperative. The type of research used by researchers is explanative through a quantitative method approach supported by data collection using amethod survey in the form of distributing questionnaires via google form to members and customers of the Jasa Bhakti BPJS Health cooperative to find out the knowledge and understanding of information in theapplication mobile web Koperasi Jasa Bhaktion cooperative members. Based on the results of the calculation of the regression test, the researcher gets the results of the influence of the mobile web application on the Knowledge of the Members of the Jasa Bhakti cooperative. from the results of the hypothesis test Tcount is 87%, while the remaining 23% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study which can affect the Knowledge of Members of the Jasa Bhakti BPJS Healthcare Cooperative. 26.108> Ttable 1.6607 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant positive effect of variable X on Y, so that Ho is rejected, thus it can be concluded that the Communication Application (X) has a significant positive effect on the Knowledge of Members of the Jasa Bhakti Office Cooperative Center (Y). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect of information on theapplication Mobileon the knowledge of the members of the Central Jasa Bhakti cooperative. The use of the mobile is one of the media for easier access to information or knowledge of members of the cooperative. Keywords: Mobile Applications, Knowledge, Technology, Cooperatives Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi semakin pesat dan menjadi aspek penting dalam seluruh bidang terutama dalam membantu pekerjaan sehari-hari. Salah satu nya adalah penggunaan Internet dan web mobile. Web Mobile dapat berjalan dengan baik disemua browser dan platform mobile, hal ini dapat menjadi pilihan perusahaan dalam memilih tools yang murah dalam biaya pemeliharaannya. Koperasi jasa Bhakti BPJS Kesehatan bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan telah memiliki banyak anggota aktif yang terdaftar sebagai anggota Koperasi Jasa Bhakti. Dengan adanya aplikasi web mobile menjadi sebuah langkah transparansi informasi dan keuangan bagi seluruh anggota, dan lebih mudah bagi para anggota untuk mendapatkan informasi yang up to date terkait Koperasi Jasa Bhakti BPJS Kesehatan. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah eksplanatif melalui pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan didukung pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey berupa penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada anggota dan nasabah koperasi Jasa Bhakti BPJS Kesehatan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan pemahaman informasi yang ada di aplikasi mobile Koperasi Jasa Bhakti terhadap anggota koperasi. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan uji regresi, peneliti mendapatkan hasil dari pengaruh Aplikasi mobile terhadap Pengetahuan Anggota koperasi Jasa Bhakti sebesar . dari hasil uji hipotesis Thitung sebesar 87%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini yang dapat mempengaruhi Pengetahuan Anggota Koperasi Jasa Bhakti BPJS Kesehatan Pusat. 26.108 > Ttabel 1,6607 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti ada pengaruh positif secara signifikan variabel X terhadap Y, sehingga Ho ditolak dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi Komunikasi (X) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terdapa Pengetahuan Anggota Koperasi Jasa Bhakti Kantor Pusat (Y). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan Informasi di aplikasi Mobile terhadap pengetahuan anggota koperasi Jasa Bhakti Pusat. Penggunaan mobile menjadi salah satu media untuk mengakses informasi atau pengetahuan anggota dari koperasi secara lebih mudah. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Mobile, Pengetahuan, Teknologi, Koperasi.
