Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment to resistance to change (case study in PT. MORADI OT group's MOR store). The object of this research is all employees who work at the MOR store. conducted on 155 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of this study indicate that partially, the variable perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variables have a positive and significant effect on resistance to change in MOR stores, while the organizational commitment variable has no significant effect. This is evidenced from the results of the structural model fit test (T test) showing the significant value of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords: perceived organizational support, organizational sensitivity behavior (OCB), organizational commitment, resistance to change. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan komitmen organisasi terhadap resistance to change (studi kasus pada MOR store PT. MORADI OT group). Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di MOR store dilakukan terhadap 155 responden dengan menggunakan pendakatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial, variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi dan variabel organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resistance to change di MOR store, sedangkan variabel komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji kecocokan model struktural (uji T) menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Kata Kunci: persepsi dukungan organisasi, organizational chitizensip behavior (OCB), komitmen organisasi, resitance to change.
