Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, discipline and motivation on work productivity. The population in this study were 60 permanent employees of the Regional Public Company-PERUMDA Lae Nciho Drinking Water, Dairi Regency, North Sumatra. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis in this research uses an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM), namely partial least squares (PLS). The first stage in this research was to test the validity of the questions for each variable along with their reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between work environment, work discipline and work motivation on employee work productivity. The results of this research state that work environment variables and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, while work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on employee work productivity. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin, dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan tetap Perusahaan Umum Daerah-PERUMDA Air Minum Lae Nciho, Kabupaten Dairi, Sumatera Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.
