Abstract

Construction projects cannot be separated from existing constraints that can cause delays in projects that are currently running, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia and even the world. Delay in completing the work of a project can cause losses to the operating time of the project results so that the use of project development results is delayed or delayed. The conditions of the Covid-19 Pandemic that occurred in Indonesia and around the world were one of the factors that hindered project completion. Work that is experiencing problems can cause delays and result in losses and various ways are done to avoid problems that result in delays and losses. The purpose of this study is to find the main factors that cause delays in work on the Savyavasa Wijaya Luxury Residence Apartment project. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by determining the research variables based on previous journals. The analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method with the data processed using SPSS Statistic Version 25 software. Keywords: Apartment Wijaya Luxury Residence, Factors of delay, Pandemic Covid19, Questionnaire Pada dasarnya proyek konstruksi tidak lepas dari kendala yang ada yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan pada proyek yang sementara berjalan apalagi saat ada Pandemi Covid–19 di Indonesia bahkan Dunia. Keterlambatan penyelesaian pekerjaan suatu proyek dapat menyebabkan kerugian terhadap waktu operasi hasil proyek, sehingga penggunaan hasil pembangunan proyek menjadi mundur atau terlambat. Kondisi Pandemi Covid–19 yang terjadi di Indonesia dan seluruh dunia menjadi salah satu faktor yang menghambat penyelesaian proyek. Pekerjaan yang mengalami masalah dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan dan mengakibatkan kerugian dan berbagai cara dilakukan guna menghindari masalah yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan dan kerugian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari faktor utama yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pekerjaan pada proyek Apartement Savyavasa Wijaya Luxury Reisdence. Metode Penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menentukan variabel penelitian berdasarkan jurnal-jurnal terdahulu. Metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan data diolah menggunakan software SPSS Statistic Versi 25.
