Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment, work motivation, and promotion on the performance of employees of Favehotel LTC Glodok, Jakarta. The research design used by the author in this study uses causal writing. In this study, the population was employees of Favehotel LTC Glodok, Jakarta with a total of 50 permanent employees, all populations were used as samples. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) as a Covariance based SEM. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and promotion had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Promotion, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan Favehotel LTC Glodok, Jakarta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penulisan kausal. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah karyawan Favehotel LTC Glodok, Jakarta sejumlah 50 karyawan tetap, semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai Covariance based SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
