Abstract
Mahdi Abdullah is a well-known painter among artists, with the realism technique he uses in his painting process, his paintings hold a lot of meaning and significance in every stroke of his brush. Paintings which are implementations of his past have become a platform for him to communicate and provide perspectives from what he saw. In this final project the author has a role as a producer. The author and team chose the title "Goresan Realis Sang Maestro" because the writer and team wanted to show the audience that the painting that Mahdi Abdullah painted was a reality from the life he experienced, and the use of the word "Maestro" was not without reason, the writer and team found that Relatives and people who know Mahdi Abdullah because he has collected his works, say that the word "Maestro" is suitable for him. In the process, the writer who acts as a producer has an important role in it, where the writer has to prepare all production needs during pre-production and the writer also has to carry out direct monitoring of each process. Keywords: Mahdi Abdullah, Painting, Producer, Production, Maestro Mahdi Abdullah merupakan salah satu pelukis yang cukup dikenal dikalangan seniman, dengan teknik realisme yang beliau gunakan dalam proses melukisnya, lukisan-lukisan beliau menyimpan banyak makna dan arti dalam setiap goresan kuasnya. Lukisan yang merupakan implementasi dari masa lalu beliau menjadi sebuah wadah bagi beliau untuk berkomunikasi dan memberikan perspektif dari apa yang berliau lihat. Pada tugas akhir ini penulis memiliki peran sebagai seorang produser. Penulis dan tim memilih judul “Goresan Realis Sang Maestro” karena penulis dan tim ingin menunjukan kepada para penonton bahwa lukisan yang Mahdi Abdullah lukis merupakan sebuah realitas dari kehidupan yang beliau alami, dan penggunaan kata “Maestro” bukan tanpa sebab, penulis dan tim mendapati bahwa krabat dan juga orang yang mengenal Mahdi Abdullah karena mengkoleksi karyanya, menyebutkan bahwa kata “Maestro” cocok disematkan kepada beliau. Dalam prosesnya penulis yang berperan sebagai seorang produser memiliki peran penting didalamnya, dimana penulis harus mempersiapkan semua keperluan produksi pada saat pra produksi dan penulis juga harus melakukan pemantauan langsung pada setiap prosesnya.
