Abstract
This study aims to see the performance of The Defense Language Education and Training Center Ministry of Defense employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted at the Badiklat Kemhan Language Education and Training Center with 20 informants, consisting of 1 head of division, 3 senior teachers, 1 head of sub-division of TU, 2 sub-head of sub-division, 7 staff, 2 cleaning services, 4 students. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data presentation and retrieval. The results of this study indicate that during the Covid-19 pandemic, where employees have to carry out work from home does not affect employee performance. Keyword : performance, work from home Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat Kemhan selama pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat Kemhan dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 20 orang, yang terdiri dari 1 orang kepala bidang, 3 orang widyaiswara madya, 1 orang Kasubbag TU, 2 orang kasubbid, 7 orang staf, 2 orang cleaning service, dan 4 orang siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan model Miles Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama masa pandemi Covid-19, dimana pegawai harus melaksanakan dinas bekerja dari rumah (work from home) tidak mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.
