Abstract
The decline in of employee performance so that the result of work produced less than maximum , became the the emergence of the phenomenon in in an enterprise .This study attempts to measure the impact motivation intrinsic , culture organization and satisfaction work of the performance of employees Human Capital Services Group (PT Bank Mandiri). Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. This kind research is quantitative. The subject of the samples in this research is 65 employees Human Capital Services Group (PT Bank Mandiri). The results of the analysis regression multiple liniear showed that in partial motivation intrinsic , culture organization and satisfaction work are the influence of a significant impact on of employee performance Human Capital Services Group. Keywords: motivation intrinsic, culture organization, satisfaction work and performances Menurunnya kinerja karyawan sehingga hasil kerja yang dihasilkan kurang maksimal, menjadi awal timbulnya fenomena di dalam suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Human Capital Services Group (PT Bank Mandiri). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Jenis penilitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Subjek sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 karyawan Human Capital Services Group (PT Bank Mandiri). Hasil analisis regresi liniear berganda menunjukan bahwa secara parsial motivasi intrinsik, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Human Capital Services Group. Kata kunci: motivasi intrinsik, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja
